106.3 Lafayette’s Rock & Alternative and our sister station, Z105.9, are excited to provide shoes to school-aged children in need for the 2024/25 school year. Please review the following rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair distribution process:
- Event Details:
- Date: July 27, 2024
- Time: 9a-12pm (while supplies last)
- Location: Service Chevrolet Cadillac
- Eligibility:
- This event is open to school-aged children from Kindergarten (K) to 12th grade.
- Each child must be present to receive shoes.
- Distribution Method:
- 300 pairs of shoes will be distributed randomly by Delta Media staff.
- Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- Participant Requirements:
- Children must have a 2023/2024 school ID or final report card for verification.
- Only one pair of shoes will be provided per student.
- Accompaniment:
- An adult aged 18 or older must accompany any student under the age of 16.
- Event Procedure:
- Participants must remain in their vehicles at all times during the event.
- Please follow all traffic instructions provided by event staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Disqualification:
- Failure to comply with any of the rules and guidelines may result in disqualification from receiving shoes.
- General Information:
- Delta Media reserves the right to make changes to these rules if necessary.
