The Best and Worst Driver’s Report By City 2019

Bad drivers, poorly maintained roads and traffic gridlock all contribute to the aggravations we experience on the roads and interstate system.  Road rage is this country is a real danger for everyone who commutes. The term aggressive driving recently found its way into our vocabulary and is also the name of a moving violation in many states.

Allstate Insurance  Company released the annual report on America’s best and worst driver’s report and Louisiana has several cites listed in the report.

Allstate Insurance produces the report and is compiled from auto claims from across the country. With this information, Allstate is able to rank America’s top 200 most populous cities. Here is a bite of reality, according to the research, the average driver will experience a collision once every 10.57 years in the U.S.

Allstate Insurance represents about 10% of the auto insurance on the country.

According to the research, the safest and best drivers live in the following cities-

  1. Brownsville, TX
  2. Boise, ID
  3. Huntsville, AL
  4. Kansas City, KS
  5. Loredo, TX

The worst states to drive in are Glendale, CA, Worchester, MA Boston, MA, Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD.

  • Baton Rouge #188
  • New Orleans #177
  • Metairie #128
  • Shreveport #76
