UPDATE: At the direction of City of New Orleans authorities, in response to ongoing COVID-19 health concerns, the 2020 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell will not occur this April and May, as scheduled.
Jazz Fest 2020 will now take place in the fall. All purchases for the original dates will be honored for the fall dates. More details are available on their website.

Original post: The 2020 New Orleans Jazz Fest lineup was revealed Thursday morning and the big highlights for the eight-day festival includes classic rock band The Who, Dead & Company, Lizzo, Foo Fighters, and the Lumineers.

The annual festival, formally called the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, will take place from April 23rd-May 3rd.

The announcement of The Who should be no surprise for those that follow Pete Townshend on Instagram. The co-founder of the group mentioned in a video late last year that the group would be a part of the event.
