April 9, 2019 the world will get anther Cage the Elephant album, it’s called Social Cues and you can already hear their first release from it, Ready to Let Go, on 1063RL. The next release, Night Running, is out, and its a collaboration with another great 1063RL artist, Beck. Their tour together is called the Night Running Tour in honor of the collabed song. It starts out with a somewhat Jamaican feel, it’s got some decent rasta roots. It’s not really a sound to be expected from either CtE or Beck, not that that is bad, just different. And there are some lyrics that really stand out to me, maybe you too:
