Project Front Yard’s Trash Bash 2015
WORKING TOGETHER TO BEAUTIFY LAFAYETTE
-All citizens and volunteer groups are invited to participate in cleaning our roadsides and waterways.
-Pick a designated area in Lafayette Parish you intend to liberate from litter.
-If assistance is needed on determining a site for you or your group, please call the Recycling Office at (337) 291-5637.
-Complete and submit the Trash Bash registration form by searching for Trash Bash on eventbrite.com or link directly at tinyurl.com/PFY-TrashBash. You can also call the Recycling Office to register.
-Deadline to register for Trash Bash is Thursday, April 30th, 2015.
-A free Trash Bash t-shirt will be available to all participants.
-Gloves, bags, safety vests and litter grabbers will be available at the Recycling Office (located at 400 Dugas Road, Lafayette, LA) from Monday, April 20th – Friday, May 1st between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and at Bayou Vermilion District at 6:30 a.m. the morning of the event.
-Call ahead if you will be picking up your supplies at the Recycling Office prior to event.
-Food and drinks will be provided to participants upon return. Please return to Bayou Vermilion District by 11:30 a.m.
-Directions to Bayou Vermilion District: Take Surrey St. to Fisher Rd. (across from Lafayette Regional Airport); Follow Fisher Rd. to the parking area near the Beaver Park tennis courts.
