If you’ve been dieting and the scale doesn’t seem to be going down , you may want to watch out for foods containing a LOT of salt! The latest dietary guidelines recommend that the average ‘healthy’ person consumes no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day, but the CDC says most of us are consuming much more.
