The much anticipated Glow in the Cro Festival has been canceled due to the stormy weather! The festival was set to take place this weekend but because of heavy rainfall forecasted this weekend organizers are forced to postpone until next year.
According to a press release from Pelican Park, the recent heavy rains have saturated the fair grounds making it unsafe to set up the carnival rides, bands has also made it unsuitable for parking vehicles. Plus with the forecasted rainy weather this Labor Day weekend, the festival will not be able to offer the Hot Air Balloon rides. So, to ensure the safety of everyone involved, the Glow in the Cro Hot Air Balloon Festival has unfortunately been canceled.
