There’s a little girl right here in Lafayette who’s story made national headlines. Nicoline Perrin turns eight years old tomorrow.
She recently lost her grandmother, who was diagnosed with leukemia about four years ago.
So she told her parents she wanted to do something in her honor . . . and decided to take all of the birthday presents she gets this year, and donate them to CHARITY.
There’s a photo online of her posing with all the stuff she’s gotten so far, and it’s already a pretty good haul.
She’s donating them to a children’s cancer hospital in Houston, so the kids who are being treated there will have some new toys to play with.
