BEIRUT No No No (5th studio album) (4AD) Beirut announced their fifth album No No No which is set to be released on September 11, 2015. The album was recorded following a period of turmoil in lead member Zach Сondon’s life, facing a divorce and having been admitted into a hospital in Australia for exhaustion following extensive touring. However, Condon recovered fully thanks to a new relationship and his return to New York. Beirut have also announced a tour for the new album. www.beirutband.com

BEN FOLDS So There (New West) So There is an upcoming album by Ben Folds and the New York-based classical sextet music ensemble, yMusic, scheduled to be released on September 11, 2015. The album will include eight chamber pop songs and one piano concerto performed with the Nashville Symphony. www.benfolds.com Preview another one his new songs below… It’s the title track to the new album, So There.

GARY CLARK JR. The Story of Sonny Boy Slim (Warner Bros.) The American guitarist and actor based out of Austin, Texas returns with his second-major full-length album, The Story of Sonny Boy Slim. Clark has shared the stage with various legends of rock and roll, and has stated that he is “influenced by blues, jazz, soul [and] country, as well as hip hop”. Clark’s musical trademarks are his distorted guitar sound and smooth vocal style. It’s been said of his new album that it’s his restraint that is his trump card with the new songs. www.garyclarkjr.com
