HALSEY Badlands (Astralwerks) Born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane… she is known by her stage name Halsey, is an American singer/songwriter and recording artist. She chose Halsey as her stage name because it is an anagram of her name and also a street in Brooklyn where she spent a lot of time as a teenager. YO LA TENGO Stuff Like That There (Matador) is an American indie rock band formed in Hoboken, New Jersey, in 1984. Since 1992, the lineup has consisted of Ira Kaplan (guitars, piano, vocals), Georgia Hubley (drums, piano, vocals), and James McNew (bass, vocals).
