If you ever wished you could dine at a restaurant completely nude, you’ll want to plan a trip to London. Opening in June, London’s Bunyadi restaurant will allow diners to strip down completely to dine in a setting with simple décor, lighting, and menu items. Founder Seb Lyall explains, “The idea is to experience true liberation. People should get the chance to enjoy and experience a night out without any impurities: no chemicals, no artificial colors, no electricity, no gas, no phone, and even no clothes if they wish to.” The 42-seat restaurant will offer separate sections to shield the nudes from the prudes. Guests who wish to go naked can disrobe in a dressing room, or wear a gown that can easily be slipped off if they start to feel cheeky. The wait-list for reservations has topped 11,000 people.
“The use of natural bamboo partitions and candlelight has enabled to us to make the restaurant discreet, whilst adhering to the ethos behind it,” said Bunyadi’s founder.
