A cruise ship full of Zombies – sounds like a nightmare, but it’s a “dream vacation” that will be a reality for those aboard the Norwegian Pearl next January.
In a partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line, festivals at sea marketer Sixthman and Walker Stalker Con, the normal cruise ship will be transformed into a playground for fans of the hit television series and comic books, “The Walking Dead.”
Many of the actors for the show have already signed on including Norman Reedus, Chandler Riggs, and Emily Kinney.
Passengers will get to interact with the actors during question and answer panels and photo op and autograph sessions as well a enjoy zombie gaming, costume contests, theme nights and more to be announced.
Add in the fact that all the meals aboard the ship are complementary and all of the on-board amenities are included in a ticket price – starting at $750 for double occupancy – the 2,200 fans expected to board the Walker Stalker Cruise will be treated to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
