The 2016 Acadiana Ram Horsepower Classic Car Show powered by Hot Rod Joe’s and Acadiana Transmission is happening Saturday November 12th at Moncus Park at the Horse Farm. There will be hundreds of classic cars and trucks on displayand local food vendors. Experience the beautiful and serene Moncus Park on Johnston Street across from Mel’s Diner. Admission is free for spectators. This is a family friendly event that starts at 8am ,voting begins at 10am and the winners will be announced at 2pm. Take a tour of the galleries during 2nd Saturday ArtWalk on the evening of Saturday, November 12th from 6 p.m.-9 p.m., as the Downtown comes alive with more than a dozen galleries, museums restaurants and shops offering live music, food, drink and of course, art for purchase, brought to you by Downtown Lafayette. New Orleans own Burris and Acadiana’s own Dustin Gaspard as well as Derrick Savoie will all be live on stage at Steam Press Cafe for an excellent performance. No Cover.
