I’m sure this will cause even more dissension among the fanboys/girls of the beloved Ghostbusters theme originally recorded by Ray Parker Jr.
Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott have transformed the 1980s classic into a loud anthem for newcomers to the Ghostbusters franchise from director Paul Feig and starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones. I don’t think it’s all that bad but then again I know those who are “purist” so… anywho, lolz! Who knows… I may even play it one morning just for the heck of it! Of course I’m bummed that it’s not a continuation of the original franchise but who knows where they can take this new version… I’m just happy to see another Ghostbusters film coming to theaters!
