Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, starring Emma Watson & Dan Stevens hits theaters this weekend!
Hearing the original music that is forever burned into my brain and my heart, I felt ALL THE FEELS people… All the feels… childhood fantasy brought to life. When I first saw the trailer, I literally felt tears welling up in my eyes. (Don’t clown!)
Alot of the scenes of the new movie are exactly as you remember, but brand new and in in the flesh in this live action take – in particular, the shot of the Beast ripping his claws across the painted portrait of his former human self… upon seeing it, I felt like I was 6 again.
They’re even staying true to the original music as you can see in the trailer below, all the while updating the score with several new songs.
Now I’m just waiting for them to do this with The Little Mermaid 😉
