The Red Hot Chili Peppers just released a brand-new animated video for “Sick Love” – the 6th track on their latest album The Getaway!
The thick lines and flat colors in the video remind me of animated shows like Beavis and Butthead, Metalocalypse, Ugly Americans… or like alot of Adult Swim shows these days… peppered with dark and twisted imagery throughout (like the part where the character is brushing her teeth and they all fall out.) It’s like a train wreck, but in a good way – You don’t want to stare, but you just can’t look away… enjoy!
