Have you heard about the new vegan take on coffee ? Over the weekend, I saw an interesting blue drink on Instagram that is taking social media by storm called a Smurf Latte. The drink costs $8, and made it’s debut on the menu at Australian eatery Matcha Mylkbar in Melbourne last week. The ingredients include algae, lemon, ginger agave, and coconut milk. The algae ingredient is over $3 making the drink a bit pricier than usual .
