The man behind the YouTube channel Binging with Babish is a genius. He’s done everything from Always Sunny’s milksteak to tackling the challenge of making the Mulan Szechuan Teriyaki McNugget sauce that Rick Sanchez was talking about in the season three premiere. I still want that dipping sauce!
However, his latest video is nothing short of amazing. He created three dishes from the ever-popular show South Park. It was all a part of promoting an upcoming comedy show extravaganza featuring Jerry Seinfeld and if I had a chance to go to it, this sold me on it.
I think his chili would definitely win the Chili Con Carnival. It also didn’t require some diabolical scheme from Cartman to procure the meat (‘Member? I member!)
