Conspiracy theories surrounding Elvis’ death do abound, going so far as to inspire books with titles such as “Is Elvis Alive?” Certainly at some point you’ve asked the question… “Dude, what if Elvis Presley had, like, lived?” So what if it was while you were drunk hanging out with your friends… It’s a valid question. It’s that kind of thinking that birthed the movie, Sharknado. “Duude… What if sharks were, like, in tornados and attacked people?” Yep… that kind of thinking indeed.
The people behind the “Sharknado” movies are working on an insane TV movie about ELVIS. It’s called “Elvis Lives!”
It revolves around the idea is that Elvis didn’t die . . . he just became a crime fighter and apparently has to live off the grid, helping the cops bring down a powerful crime syndicate . . . putting his family in danger, and sending him on a journey that will “change his life forever.”
Hmmm… SEEMS LEGIT.
They’re calling it a “conspiracy thriller,” but obviously it’s a total joke. The studio says they intend to do for the life of Elvis what ‘Sharknado’ did for flying sharks.” Don’t get too excited – there’s no premiere date yet. It’s actually the second upcoming film about The King. This Friday (4/22/16), Elvis & Nixon, a film telling the real-life story of the famous 1970 meeting between Elvis and The Commander-In-Chief, hits theaters nationwide.
However… I’m more interested in Elvis fighting crime… what about you?
