If you know me well enough, you know that I’m a big fan of the TV show Bob’s Burgers. So much so, I named my fantasy football team last year Mean Joe Gene after the Belcher’s little boy.
One of the highlights of the show is the amount of musical numbers there are in the series. From the end credit songs to moments when Linda breaks out into song (which is more often than you think), the show has these over the top musical moments. The 100th episode of the series was no different as Bob wound up stuck to the toilet and broke out into song. It was such a strange song, but much like other songs from the show it’s incredibly catchy (even the theme song is infectious).
And alt band The National, who have done covers of songs from the show before, collaborated with Låpsley to cover the song “Bad Stuff Happens in the Bathroom” and with the help of YouTube channel behind Bob’s Burgers this music video has been created.
