Kick off the weekend with the 2016 Season Of Downtown Alive this Friday, September 16th. DTA! begins at 5:30 p.m. with food and beverage concessions – musical performances from 6-8:30 p.m. Enjoy the sounds of Feufollet at Parc Sans Souci.
If you enjoy theater performances, don’t miss “Merlin & Vivien,” a full-length one-act play, scheduled for six performances at Cité des Arts, 109 Vine Street, in downtown Lafayette, starting on September 16 at 7:30p.

Kruisin For Kids Classic Car & Truck Show September 17 from 9a-3p. The Children’s Museum of Acadiana is revvin’ up for this years car show! Bring your kids to experience the fun in Parc International
Fatseaux 5K at 8am is a race in Lafayette in which weight ranges are the competitive grouping, instead of traditional age group categories. Donuts and boudin will be hot & the beer will be flowing.
