17th annual Voodoo Music + Arts Festival will once again occupy City Park’s permanent Festival Grounds, bordered by Wisner Boulevard and Interstate 610, Oct. 30 to Nov. 1. Three-day general admission credentials are $150, and 3-day Loa VIP credentials are $500.
