A local band that has recently caught my ear is Polly Pry. The band was founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2007 by native guitar player & vocalist Anna Byars and ukulelist & vocalist Kristen Foster, who is originally from Nashville, Tennessee. Polly Pry’s lineup includes Becca Babin on the upright bass and Kevin Hurstell on drums. Their unique sound includes a mix of Americana, country, folk and soul .
They will be performing Saturday October 22nd at Cite Des Arts, 109 Vine Street in Lafayette. The show starts at 7PM. Don’t miss it !
